关于在全县鸣放防空警报的通告
为了贯彻落实《中华人民共和国人民防空法》，全面提高我县防空快速反应和广大群众对警报音响识别能力，切实增强人民群众的国防意识和对重大自然灾害的防范意识，按照《中共延安市委办公室、延安市人民政府办公室关于印发〈关于纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利75周年活动安排意见〉的通知》（延市办字[2020]66号）精神。洛川县人民政府决定：2020年9月18日上午10时00分至10时15分在全县范围进行防空警报鸣放。请各单位和广大市民保持正常的工作和生活秩序。防空警报鸣放顺序如下：
发放预先警报：10:00-10:03(鸣36秒，停24秒，反复3次为一个周期，时间3分钟)。
发放空袭警报：10:06-10:09(鸣6秒，停6秒，反复15次为一个周期，时间3分钟)。
发放解除警报：10:12-10:15(连续鸣放3分钟)。

In order to implement the law of the people's Republic of China on civil air defense, comprehensively improve our county's rapid response to air defense and the ability of the masses to identify alarm sounds, and effectively enhance the people's awareness of national defense and prevention of major natural disasters, in accordance with the "on Commemorating the Chinese people's war of resistance against Japanese aggression" issued by the office of the CPC Yan'an Municipal Committee and the office of Yan'an Municipal People's Government The spirit of the notice on the arrangement of activities for the 75th anniversary of the victory of the world anti fascist war (ysbz [2020] No. 66). The people's Government of Luochuan County has decided that the air defense warning will be sounded in the whole county from 10:00 am to 10:15 am on September 18, 2020. All units and the general public are requested to maintain normal work and life order. The order of air defense alarm is as follows:
Warning: 10:00-10:03 (ring for 36 seconds, stop for 24 seconds, repeat 3 times as a cycle, time 3 minutes).
Issue air raid alarm: 10:06-10:09 (ring for 6 seconds, stop for 6 seconds, repeat 15 times as a cycle, time 3 minutes).
Release the alarm: 10:12-10:15 (continuous sounding for 3 minutes).
It is hereby notified.
