2022年10月4日0时至24时，全市新增8例本土确诊病例和5例本土无症状感染者，均在纳入隔离观察人员排查中发现。另有4例此前已公布的本土无症状感染者转确诊病例。新增境外输入确诊病例8例，境外输入无症状感染者7例，另有3例此前已公布的境外输入无症状感染者转确诊病例。

On October 4, 2022, Guangzhoureported eight locally-acquired cases and five locally-acquired asymptomatic cases found among close contacts under centralized quarantine. Four previously reported locally-acquired asymptomatic cases have changed to confirmed cases.In addition, Guangzhou reported eight imported confirmed cases and seven imported asymptomatic cases, while three previously reported imported asymptomatic cases have changed to confirmed cases.

截至2022年10月4日24时，全市累计报告新冠肺炎阳性感染者7282例。其中确诊病例3658例（境外输入2566例、本土1092例），尚在院治疗135例；无症状感染者3624例（境外输入3344例、本土280例），尚在医学观察65例。

As of 24:00 October 4, 2022, a total of 7,282 positive cases have been reported in the city. These include 3,658 confirmed cases (2,566 imported cases and 1,092 locally-acquired cases), among which, 135 cases are still being treated in hospital; and 3,624 asymptomatic cases (3,344 imported cases and 280 locally-acquired cases), among which, 65 cases are still under medical observation.

The 7th patient is a 50-year-old man.

本土无症状感染者1：男，33岁。

The 1st locally-acquired asymptomatic case is a 33-year-old man.

本土无症状感染者2：女，29岁。

The 2nd locally-acquired asymptomatic case is a 29-year-old woman.

本土无症状感染者3：男，47岁。

The 3rd locally-acquired asymptomatic case is a 47-year-old man.

上述11名感染者为我市10月2日公布病例同单位人员，均已落实隔离医学观察。

The 11 cases all work at the same department as the patient reported on October 2. They were all under quarantine and medical observation.

本土无症状感染者4：男，7岁，9月30日从外省来穗，接通报其为外市病例的密接人员，即转至隔离点医学观察。

The 4th locally-acquired asymptomatic case is a 7-year-old boy who traveled to Guangzhou from another province on September 30. He was the close contact with a confirmed case in another province and was transferred to a quarantine site for medical observation.

本土无症状感染者5：女，21岁。9月30日从外省乘列车于10月3日抵穗，因接通报其为外省病例的密接人员，即转至隔离点医学观察。

The 5th locally-acquired asymptomatic case is a 21-year-old woman who arrived in Guangzhou on October 3 from another province by train on September 30. She was the close contact with a confirmed case in another province and was transferred to a quarantine site for medical observation.

上述确诊病例和无症状感染者均在隔离期间检测新冠病毒核酸阳性，已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗，病情稳定。相关密切接触者和涉疫场所已管控。

All the confirmed and asymptomatic cases mentioned above have been transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People’s Hospital for isolation and treatment. Their close contacts have been placed under centralized quarantine and key sites have been controlled.

新增境外输入确诊病例8例，分别为沙特阿拉伯、美国、土耳其、坦桑尼亚、阿联酋、老挝各输入1例，新加坡输入2例；境外输入无症状感染者7例，分别为南苏丹、荷兰、瑞士、孟加拉国、苏丹各输入1例，新加坡输入2例。

Among the eight imported confirmed cases, six traveled from Saudi Arabia, USA, Turkey, Tanzania, UAE, Laos respectively, and two traveled from Singapore. The seven imported asymptomatic cases, five traveled from South Sudan, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bangladesh, and Sudan respectively, and two traveled from Singapore.

上述确诊病例和无症状感染者入境后，按全程闭环管理程序转运至集中隔离点。隔离期间检测新冠病毒核酸阳性，即转广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗。

Upon their arrival in Guangzhou, all the imported confirmed and asymptomatic cases were transferred to hotels for centralized quarantine. They tested positive for COVID-19 during quarantine and were transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People’s Hospital for isolation and treatment.

目前广州对国内涉疫区域的来返粤人员实行相应健康管理措施：

At present, Guangzhou implements corresponding management measures for arrivals coming or returning to Guangzhou in key regions:

·对7日内有疫情高风险区旅居史的来返穗人员实施7天集中隔离；

·7-day centralized quarantine for people coming and returning to Guangzhouwith a travel history in high-risk areas of the epidemicwithin 7 days.

·对7日内有疫情中风险区旅居史的来返穗人员实施7天居家隔离，如果是不具备居家隔离条件的，采取集中隔离；

·7-day home quarantine for people coming and returning to Guangzhou with a travel history inmedium-risk areasof the epidemic within 7 days; or centralized quarantine if they are not eligible for home quarantine.

·对7日内有低风险区旅居史的来返穗人员，抵穗后要求3天内进行2次核酸检测。

·2 PCR tests within 3 days after arriving in Guangzhou for people coming and returning to Guangzhou with a travel history inlow-risk areasof the epidemic within 7 days

市民可提前到国务院客户端”微信小程序了解目的地病例报告及中高风险地区情况，也可向疫情防控指挥部咨询，随时了解疫情防控信息和目的地相关防疫政策，合理安排出行。“请广大市民朋友结合疫情实际，按照属地防控指挥办要求，落实好各项防控措施。由于疫情动态随时变化，具体以所在社区执行为准。”

Residents can know the case report and the situations of medium and high-risk areas in their destinations from the "State Council" WeChat mini program. They can also ask CDCs to know information and policies of epidemic prevention and control in their destinations in real time to arrange their travel plan correspondently. All residents please join us in epidemic prevention and control based on the evolving COVID-19 situation and local CDC requirements. Given the dynamic change of the epidemic, the specific implementation is subject to local communities.

国庆假期前后，所有跨省、跨市出行人员返回后要及时开展核酸三天两检。

Before and after the National Day holiday,all travelers who return to Guangzhou from other provinces and cities shall take the PCR tests twice in three days timely.
