7月24日上午，宁波运动员杨倩在东京奥运会女子10米气步枪比赛中，沉着冷静、发挥出色，以251.8环的成绩勇夺桂冠，并创造新的奥运会纪录，摘得本届奥运会首枚金牌，实现中国体育代表团开门红，为祖国赢得了荣誉，为浙江增添了光彩。

First gold medalist at Tokyo 2020 Olympics inspires hometown
Chinese shooter Yang Qian won the first gold medal of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in the women's 10m air rifle on Saturday, and Yangjianong, a small village in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province, instantly became astir, with fellow villagers clapping and cheering at the news.
Yang was born in 2000 in Yangjianong village, Yinzhou district of Ningbo. She was selected among the shooting team of Ningbo Sports School in 2011, where she started her shooting career. In 2019, Yang became a member of the national shooting team.
Yu Lihua, Yang's first shooting coach at Ningbo Sports School, has been teaching shooting for more than 30 years, and Yu's students have won over 120 championships in various national-level competitions. Yu watched the live broadcast of the competition with Yang's parents and villagers in the village's cultural auditorium village on Saturday.

"It is the first time that my student won a gold medal in the Olympic Games, especially as it is the first gold medal that the Chinese team has won at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. I'm so proud of Yang Qian." Yu said.
"She deserved it," said Yu excitedly. "Athletes in the Olympic Games should not only have great skills but also adjust their own mood and mentality to cope with anxieties. Yang Qian has such good sportsmanship to control herself well under pressure."
Shi Anfang, Yang's mother, smiled through tears as her daughter won the competition. "She has achieved her dream. I have always been proud of my daughter. She is the pride of our family. Now she is the pride of the nation."
Talking about the expectations for her daughter, Shi said Yang should keep working hard as there is still a long way to go.
Yang study at Maoshan Primary School, a school in Jiangshan town, Yinzhou district. Zhu Xiaomei, her instructor back then, said Yang's victory would encourage both teachers and students greatly.
"As long as they work hard, they will be the top talents in their own field, like what Yang has achieved," Zhu said.

Yang, who was ranked sixth in the qualification, scored 251.8 points in the final, beating Galashina's 251.1 points to set off Team China to a fine start at the postponed Tokyo games.
沉稳的“00”后小将
据澎湃新闻报道，2000年出生的杨倩是宁波鄞州人，2011年小学4年级时被选入宁波体校射击队，师从国家级教练虞利华。
作为 “00后”小将，杨倩曾夺得2019年第二届全国青运会女子气步枪60发个人冠军；2019年多哈亚洲锦标赛中获得女子10米气步枪个人冠军；2020年全国射击冠军赛中获得女子10米气步枪个人冠军，决赛成绩破全国纪录，超世界纪录。

杨倩参加的10米气步枪一直是这几届奥运会诞生首金的项目，虽然是一位“00后”运动员，杨倩的话语中却透着老道：
“要关注过程，而不是刻意追求结果。主要是你能不能想通——想开，这一念之间的事说上去似乎很轻松，大家都知道，但是真正做起来却没那么容易。”
杨倩说，刚开始接触射击的时候，有一段时间也难以克服心理障碍，连续多场比赛比赛都没能发挥出自己的正常水平，这也给自己带来了一定的心理阴影，直到经过一次又一次的磨练，自己才慢慢找到了感觉。
“我不再刻意追求比赛的结果，每次举起枪我都关注我的动作做得是否到位，努力去全身心投入比赛当中，慢慢就找到了状态。”
杨倩还分享了自己在面对压力时的一个小技巧——积极的心理暗示。
“心理暗示真的能很有效地提升自己的状态，我在比赛时每打完一枪就告诉自己——你一定可以的，你很棒。”
从清华到奥运赛场
除了射击运动员，杨倩还是清华大学的学生。
2016年的2月份，杨倩通过了清华大学的体育冬测和后备人才选拔，来到了清华附中的马约翰班，开始了跟着清华大学射击队训练的时光。
之后参加高考，她在2018年进入清华大学经济管理学院就读。

说起大学生活，杨倩坦言提升了自己的认知能力，“毕竟以前在体校几乎将全部时间、精力都用在训练上。大学则开阔了视野，对射击项目有了更深的理解，将来无论是继续走专业射击道路还是尝试其他领域，大学的学习生活都会是最好的助力。”
在中国奥运军团中，除了杨倩，还有一名清华学生史梦瑶，她将于7月31日参加女子50米步枪3姿项目，让我们共同期待她的表现。
杨倩曾说：“奥运席位是对自己几年来努力的最好回报，我将全力以赴做好准备。”如今她如愿夺冠，不仅让奥运冠军的梦想照进现实，更是捍卫了中国女枪手为国征首金的荣耀。

TOKYO - China's young markswoman Yang Qian won the first gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games with a victory in women's 10m air rifle on Saturday.
Russian markswoman Anastasiia Galashina took the silver and Nina Christen of Switzerland bagged the bronze.
Yang, who was ranked sixth in the qualification, scored 251.8 points in the final, beating Galashina's 251.1 points to set off Team China to a fine start at the postponed Tokyo games.
Trailing by a mere 0.1 point ahead of the two final shots, Yang saw the gap widened despite a 10.7-point shot, as her rival made an impressive 10.8.
However, when it came to the last shot that would define the eventual champion, Galashina surprisingly shot for 8.9 points, and conceded the Olympic title to Yang, who had a sub-par 9.8.
