她于2013年加入摩根大通担任市场销售部董事总经理，并于2019年成为亚太区战略负责人，并将继续领导该部门。
摩根大通亚太区主席、首席执行官郭利博(Filippo Gori)表示，香港市场对于摩根大通在亚太区的业务非常重要。彭思佳指，期待继续实践长期战略，包括为进驻香港的国际客户和走向海外的中国客户提供服务。

Harshika Patel joined JP Morgan in November 2013 as aManaging Director based in Singapore to run the Asia Commodities Sales andStructuring business and the E Commerce sales business delivering electronictrading execution services to clients for FX, Rates and Commodities. She movedto Hong Kong in September 2017 to run the Supervisory andTransaction Management Office for APAC. She currently runs Strategy for JPMorgan in Asia Pacific. In her role she partners with the Corporate andInvestment bank, Asset and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking to develop,coordinate and implement cross-line of strategic and business initiatives toachieve our ambitions for the region.
Prior to joining the firm, Harshika was at Barclays Capital for 10 years where she held a variety of roles based in Londonincluding Deputy Treasurer for Barclays Capital, Global Chief Operating Officerfor the Commodities business and Head of Commodities Structured Origination.Between 1994 and 2003, she was a Senior Manager in the Financial ServicesPractice at Deloitte London providing audit and consultancy services tofinancial institutions and large corporates.
Harshika has a BSc degree in Computer Science andAccounting from the University of Manchester. She is also a Chartered Accountantregistered with ICAEW.
Sheis fluent in English and Gujurati.
