Customer Program Manager
THE ROLE
You will be part of RTG (Radeon Technologies Group) Custom Software Engineering (CSE) Group, managing AMD’s key OEM/ODM customers and related programs to ensure the on quality/on schedule deliveries and business success.
THE PERSON:
Experienced Program Manager with excellent insight and knowledge in the PC and Graphics industry.
A self-motivated team player with good communication, presentation and leadership skills, be able to work with global stakeholders effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage key OEM/ODM accounts on RTG SW related efforts to support customer design-wins, and ensure customers’ requirements are captured, evalutated and implemented in align with business goals
Work in a matrix with cross-functional teams including BU reps (Sales/Marketing)/ Customer Engineering/Software PMO, architects, tech leads across AMD global branches
Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
Manage customer critical issues and escalations
The individual should have background in low/mid/high level silicon and software development, strong technical capability and strong program management skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years Program Management experience
10+ years direct experience in hardware/software product development, silicon design or PC OEM industries.
Keen understanding in x86 architecture, Windows or Linux OS, CPU/Memory/Graphics subsystem working principal
Exceptional English and Chinese verbal and written skills is a must
Experience working on a product development team
PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
BS, or higher in Computer Science and Engineering is strongly preferred

Senior DFT DV engineer
The Role
AMD is looking for a DFT Design Verification Engineer within Design, Technology and Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of verification, production test, debug, and software development. The candidate will have proven prior experience delivering high quality designs in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
The Person
To be successful, you will need strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to gather information independently while resolving issues. You are committed to achieving high design quality on schedule and thrive in both team environments and as individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
Own testplans and work closely with designers and other verification engineers to close on requirements
Simulate DFX design IP prior to integration into Graphic, APU, Client and Server products
Develop tests or methods to guarantee design quality and completeness
Deploy solutions with focus on improving company efficiency and design quality
Collaborate with software owners and achieve reuse across verification, emulation, and test environments
Communicate openly and clearly in meetings, presentations, emails, and reports
Preferred Experience:
Strong programming skills, proficient in C++, SystemVerilog
Experienced in UVM based testbenches, drivers, monitors, assertions, and debugging in these environments
Prior exposure to JTAG protocols such as IEEE-1687,1500,1149.1
Prior exposure to Memory Bist, AMBA AXI, Power gating, ATPG scan
Background in post-silicon bringup and debug a plus
Prior experience mentoring and training peers on technical topics
