李朝旭先生为辽宁省大连人，毕业于大连外国语学院英语专业，先后从业于香格里拉、雅高、万豪等国内外多家知名国际酒店及公司。自加入万达起，他积累了丰富的酒店工作、运营管理等经验，深谙酒店服务管理之道，曾担任廊坊富力万达嘉华酒店等多家品牌酒店总经理十余年，用实绩、口碑和缜密塑造了独具匠心的个人管理风格。

Mr. Eric Li as General Manager of
Wanda Realm Ningde
Recently, Wanda Hotels & Resorts appoints Mr. Li as the General Manager of Wanda Realm Ningde. In his new role, Mr. Eric will be fully responsible for the daily operations and lead the team to achieve targets.
Mr. Li was born in Dalian, Liaoning Province, he graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages majoring in English. He has worked in many famous international hotels and companies at home and abroad, such as Shangri-la, Accor, Marriott. Since joining Wanda, Mr. Li has accumulated rich experience in hotel work and operation management and is well versed in hotel service management. He has served as the general manager of many brand hotels such as Wanda Realm Langfang for more than 10 years.
With years of experience in star-rated hotel operation and management, Mr. Li possesses a keen market insight and excellent team leadership. "I'm glad to be here in Ningde," he said.
