U.S.S. Blue Ridge's Fourth Goodwill Visit to Shanghai, June 27~30, 2006

2006年6月27日下午4时半，美国海军第七舰队旗舰“兰岭”号两栖指挥舰满载一千多名官兵对上海作为期四天的第四次友好访问。此次访问也是“兰岭”号两栖指挥舰历史上五次访沪中唯一一次美海军第七舰队司令未能同舰来沪的。

“蓝岭”号两栖指挥舰是美国海军海上综合作战指挥能力最强的战舰，为第7舰队的旗舰。该舰舷号19，1967年2月27日动工建造，1969年1月4日下水，1970年11月14日服役。它是二战以来设计的最大的指挥舰。在两栖作战中，能提供海、空、陆综合指挥控制设施。

美国海军第七舰队旗舰“蓝岭”号两栖指挥舰五次访问上海时间表：

1）1989年5月19日~22日，访问上海四天，促使中美海军交流制度化；

2）2001年3月23日~26日，访问上海四天，布什上台后加强中美军事交流；

3）2004年2月24日~28日，访问上海五天，试图“缓和”台湾海峡两岸紧张局势；

4）2006年6月27日~30日，访问上海四天，第七舰队司令并未同行来沪；

5）2016年5月6日~10日，访问上海五天，试图“缓和”南海紧张局势。

环球在线消息：6月27日日下午，美国海军“蓝岭”号两栖指挥舰在舰长杰夫·巴特科斯基的率领下，缓缓驶抵上海高阳路码头，开始对上海进行为期4天的友好访问。

海军上海基地参谋长邹建忠在码头举行仪式，欢迎“蓝岭”号的到访。随舰来访的美国海军官兵共800人。这是“蓝岭”号1989年以来第4次访问上海。

“蓝岭”号抵达后，舰长杰夫·巴特科斯基等主要军官拜会了海军上海基地司令员王德定。访问期间，美方主要军官将拜会上海市有关领导，部分官兵将参观中国自行研制的导弹护卫舰，参观东方明珠塔和上海城市规划展示馆等主要景点。

此外，中美海军官兵还将举行一场篮球友谊比赛，中美海军军乐队将举行军乐联合表演。美舰出港时，中美海军舰艇将进行以通信和舰艇机动为主要内容的海上演练活动。（来源：新华网）
