根据《国民经济行业分类》（GB/T 4754-2017），中成药的实验室属于工程和技术研究和试验发展7320，为《名录》第108类，应按照通用工序和《固定污染源排污许可分类管理名录》第七条判定排污分类管理级别。
Answer: According to the "National Economic Industry Classification" (GB/T 4754-2017), the laboratory of Chinese patent medicines is under Engineering and Technology Research and Experimental Development 7320, which should determine according to its manufacturing process and Article 7 of List of the Stationary Pollution Source Pollutant Discharge Classified Management.
