These sparkular machines are produced by Showven, an electronics technology company based in Liuyang, Changsha City. A manager of Showven introduced that, the sparkular machines used at the opening ceremony are brand-new top-of-the-line ones that contain no gunpowder. The machines feature super-strong spray and super-high sparking effects, with sparks reaching 8 to 10 meters high. During the Olympic Games, nearly 100 of Showven's sparkular machines and other special-effect products will be utilized, creating stunning visual displays for various events.
Showven has taken the lead in the digital creative special-effect sector. Its non-gunpowder fireworks have been exported to more than 90 countries and regions including Europe and America. Its products have lit up the opening ceremonies of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, and the Hangzhou Asian Games.
