The MND：The PLA Rocket Force launched an ICBM to the high seas in the Pacific Ocean9月25日8时44分，中国人民解放军火箭军向太平洋相关公海海域，成功发射1发携载训练模拟弹头的洲际弹道导弹，准确落入预定海域。此次导弹发射，是年度军事训练例行性安排，符合国际法和国际惯例，不针对任何特定国家和目标。The PLA Rocket Force launched an ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) carrying a dummy warhead to the high seas in the Pacific Ocean at 08:44 on September 25th, and the missile fell into expected sea areas. This test launch is a routine arrangement in our annual training plan. It is in line with international law and international practice and is not directed against any country or target.
