阿比德在中国已经生活了八年，完成了他的学业并开创了自己的生意。他的家族与中国的贸易关系可以追溯到十四年前，主要涉及农产品的进口，如胡萝卜、大蒜、洋葱和水果。阿比德对与山东的合作表示满意，因为这里的产品质好价优，尤其是红葡萄和苹果，不仅在孟加拉国受欢迎，甚至远销至欧洲和中东。
Abid has been living in China for eight years, where he completed his studies and started his own business. His family’s trade ties with China date back 14 years, primarily involving the import of agricultural products like carrots, garlic, onions, and fruits. Abid expresses satisfaction with his collaboration with Shandong, where the products are of high quality and reasonably priced. Notably, red grapes and apples from Shandong are not only popular in Bangladesh but also exported to Europe and the Middle East.
2023年，山东农产品出口1476亿元，连续25年领跑全国，“好品山东”品牌国际影响力和市场占有率持续上升。此外，通过到海外开展技术服务、实施海外并购或在国外投资建厂等措施，山东努力打造对外开放新高地，大力推动山东农业走向世界，在扩大开放中交出了一张农业国际贸易高质量发展的优异成绩单。
In 2023, Shandong’s agricultural exports reached 147.6 billion yuan, leading the nation for the 25th consecutive year. The international influence and market share of the "Good Products from Shandong" brand continue to rise. Furthermore, through overseas technical services, implementing overseas mergers and acquisitions, or investing in factories abroad, Shandong is striving to create a new highland for opening up, vigorously promoting Shandong agriculture to the world, and presenting an outstanding report card of high-quality development in international agricultural trade amidst its expanding openness.

“新质生产力”是阿比德新增的中文词汇，在山东广袤的田野中，他对此有了具象化的认识：山东各地都在不断探索农业生产新技术，推动农业种植智能化，为提升粮食生产能力提供有力支撑。2024年山东省将投入20.34亿元，用于大规模农业机械更新，如为拖拉机、大型联合收获机等加装辅助驾驶系统实现自动驾驶，不断深化北斗系统在农业领域的应用等。各类智能化农业机具让阿比德惊叹，他认为山东在农业技术和机械化方面比他的国家更为先进，他希望学习这些技术以助力提升孟加拉国的农业水平。
"New Quality Productivity" is a new Chinese term Abid has learned, and amidst the vast fields of Shandong, he has gained a tangible understanding of it: Shandong is constantly exploring new technologies for agricultural production, promoting intelligent farming, and providing strong support for enhancing grain production capacity. In 2024, Shandong Province will invest 2.034 billion yuan in large-scale agricultural machinery upgrades, such as equipping tractors and large combine harvesters with auxiliary driving systems for autonomous operation, and continuously deepening the application of the Beidou Navigation Satellite System in the agricultural sector. The various intelligent agricultural machinery amazes Abid, who believes that Shandong is more advanced than his country in agricultural technology and mechanization. He hopes to learn these technologies to help improve the agricultural level of Bangladesh.

Appreciation for China's "Belt and Road Initiative"
孟加拉国是首个加入并参与共建“一带一路”倡议的南亚国家。自加入以来，中孟两国在多个领域开展了广泛的合作，特别是在基础设施建设方面取得了显著成果。例如，中国企业在孟加拉国承建了多条公路、桥梁等重要交通基础设施项目，有效改善了当地的交通状况，促进了区域内的互联互通，为孟加拉国的经济发展注入了新的活力。像阿比德提到的学习山东农业科技的例子一样，“一带一路”还促进了技术知识的交流与转移，进一步提高生产效率，促进当地产业升级。
Bangladesh was the first South Asian country to join and participate in the "Belt and Road Initiative". Since its participation, China and Bangladesh have carried out extensive cooperation in various fields, achieving notable results particularly in infrastructure construction. For instance, Chinese enterprises have undertaken multiple key transportation infrastructure projects in Bangladesh, such as roads and bridges, effectively improving local transportation conditions, promoting regional connectivity, and injecting new vitality into Bangladesh's economic development. Similar to Abid's mention of learning agricultural technology from Shandong, the Belt and Road Initiative has also facilitated the exchange and transfer of technical knowledge, which helps to improveproduction efficiency and promotelocal industrial upgrading.

Despite some challenges in transportation and cargo handling, Abid remains grateful for China's "Belt and Road Initiative". He believes that this initiative helps countries along the route, including Bangladesh, to achieve development through infrastructure construction projects. He looks forward to more opportunities in the future to bring positive changes to his country through learning from Shandong's agriculture.
