今天，面对动荡不安的国际局势，旅游业正以其独特的方式，成为促进各国人们增进理解、消除偏见、密切交流的桥梁。今天的旅游业，已经超越行业本身的影响范畴，成为推动发展、促进交流、展现气度的牵引性产业。它强调内涵式增长，重构一、二、三产的动能角色；它重塑消费新场景，展现人文、场景、传播的深度融合；它链接世界与各地，承载开放、合作、包容的价值理念。Today, amid the turbulence of international affairs, tourism has become a unique means of fostering understanding among nations, eliminating prejudices, and facilitating close exchanges. Tourism has transcended its traditional role, evolving into a driving force that promotes development, facilitates communication, and showcases cultural depth. It emphasizes sustainable growth, redefines the roles of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and reshapes consumption landscapes through the deep integration of culture, experience, and communication. As a bridge that connects the world, tourism embodies values of openness, cooperation, and inclusivity.
值此张家界全球旅游业创新周之际，我们向全球旅游业界发出倡议，呼吁全面加强专业对话，广泛开展政策协作，充分交流发展智慧，以创新、开放、合作，共筑、共享全球旅游业持续发展的美好愿景，为促进各地区和平、发展、合作贡献时代力量。
On the occasion of the first Zhangjiajie Global Tourism Innovation Week, we issue this initiative to the global tourism industry, calling for strengthened professional dialogue, widespread policy collaboration, and the exchange of development insights. With a focus on innovation, openness, and cooperation, we aim to build and share a bright future for sustainable tourism development globally, contributing to peace, development, and cooperation across regions.
一、秉持联合国2030年发展议程与人类命运共同体理念，加强对话与合作，推进共同繁荣1.Upholding the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs) and the Vision of a Shared Future for Mankind: Strengthening Dialogue and Cooperation for Common Prosperity我们呼吁各国旅游业政策制定者与行业领袖积极对话，发挥旅游业的建设性、包容性、协同性作用，有效应对气候变化、生态破坏、机会不平等及文化冲突等全球性挑战；积极促进旅游业与其他产业的融合发展，鼓励更广泛、更多元、更丰富的创新活动，为旅游业的长期繁荣奠定坚实基础；充分发挥文化、创意、科技与旅游深度融合的叠加效应，催生地区高质量发展的活力与品牌。We urge policymakers and industry leaders in tourism worldwide to engage in dialogue, leveraging tourism’s constructive, inclusive, and collaborative potential to address global challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, inequality of opportunity, and cultural conflicts. We encourage the integration of tourism with other industries and support broader, more diverse, and innovative activities that lay a solid foundation for the long-term prosperity of tourism. Furthermore, we advocate for the combined power of culture, creativity, and technology with tourism to spur high-quality regional development and establish strong local brands.2.Traveler-Centered Approach: Creating Desirable Tourist Destinations我们倡导“以旅行者为中心”的理念，鼓励不断优化旅程体验，确保服务品质，实践全龄友好。旅游目的地政府应不断简化签证办理、入境通关等手续，降低国际旅行的复杂性；应支持和推广全渠道、多货币支持的预订与支付平台，提供便捷的行程管理与支付服务；应鼓励利用语言翻译技术、文化适应性设计，为不同文化背景的全龄游客兜底出行保障；应结合“数字游民”和商务旅行需要，提供相关配套能力与度假产品。We promote the principle of being “traveler-centered,” advocating for continuous improvements in travel experiences, ensuring service quality, and fostering age-friendly practices. Governments at tourist destinations should streamline visa processes, entry procedures, and reduce the complexity of international travel. We encourage the promotion of multi-channel, multi-currency booking and payment platforms to provide convenient trip management and payment services. Additionally, we support the use of language translation technologies and culturally adaptive designs to guarantee travel security for visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds and of all ages. Destinations should also cater to the needs of “digital nomads” and business travelers by offering appropriate infrastructure and vacation products.3.Inclusive Growth for Shared Development Benefits我们强调，旅游业可持续发展基于包容性增长的价值观。旅游目的地与业界应密切合作，以开发式理念创造长期就业、成果共享的机会；应切实尊重和保护当地文化，通过合理规划与资源分配，避免过度开发与环境破坏，确保旅游业与地方经济、社会的和谐发展；应鼓励旅游业与专业教育合作，促进青年一代地球公民意识的培养。We emphasize that the sustainable development of tourism is grounded in the value of inclusive growth.Tourist destinations and industry players should collaborate closely to create opportunities for long-term employment and shared prosperity. Respecting and protecting local cultures, carefully planning, and allocating resources to prevent overdevelopment and environmental damage is essential for ensuring harmonious development between tourism and local economies and societies.We encourage cooperation between tourism and professional education sectors to foster a global citizenship mindset among the younger generation.4.Bridging International Exchange and Cooperation through Tourism“国之交在民相亲。”旅游不仅是探索自然、体验不同的过程，也是推动全球民间亲善与文化理解的桥梁。我们鼓励不同国家和地区之间积极促进相互往来，放下偏见，来来往往、相互欣赏；我们认为，旅游业应该、也必须成为促进全世界和平、发展、合作的积极力量。“Friendship， which delivers from close contact between the people，holds the key to sound state-to-state relations. ”Tourism is not only a journey of exploring nature and experiencing diversity, but also a bridge that promotes global goodwill and cultural understanding.
